Response times for breakdowns and maintenance
For urgent breakdown call-outs, we aim to respond as quickly as site access and travel allow. In Durban and Durban North, same-day attendance is often possible, while Ballito, Pinetown and South Coast jobs are scheduled based on urgency and route.
Planned maintenance visits are arranged in advance so we can work around trading hours, deliveries, and stock movements. If your site runs through the night or over weekends, tell us in the email so we can plan accordingly.
